Rapper Odumodublvck is calling on Christians to stay bold and vocal about their beliefs, even when it’s unpopular.
In a tweet posted on Sunday, he addressed the growing pressure believers face when expressing their faith in public. “As a Christian you must be very confident when you are being vocal about the faith,” he wrote.
He warned that critics often try to dismiss vocal Christians by accusing them of hypocrisy. “They will try to silence you by saying na you holy pass, but you yourself know say you still dey ask God for mercy,” he added — acknowledging the imperfection of believers while still encouraging boldness.
According to him, culture now normalizes speaking against God, and that should be met with equal resistance. “They have made it a norm to preach against God so we must make it a norm to preach against the things God has said He is not for.”
Odumodublvck closed by emphasizing courage in the face of backlash: “We must do it courageously cause with it comes persecution, just as the scriptures have said it will be.”
