Chioma Rowland, wife of Afrobeats superstar Davido, has spoken about her husband’s unwavering support for her personal ambitions
In a recent interview with Noire TV, Chioma described Davido as caring and intentional about her growth, saying he consistently pushes her to look beyond her current pursuits and focus on her long-term goals.
“David cares a lot about my dreams. I’ve faced a lot of challenges over time, but he would always ask me, ‘Chi, apart from all of this, what do you actually want to do?’ Then we would have plans and have stuff coming out in the next few months. He really cares about my personal dreams,” she said.
Chioma noted that even through personal trials, including the devastating loss of their first child, Ifeanyi, in 2022, Davido’s encouragement has remained a steady source of motivation.
The couple, who met during their university years, share three children, including twins born in 2023, and are currently preparing for their white wedding in Miami.
