CAF reportedly struggles to pay 2019 AFCON winners due to broke state

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has not yet paid the winners of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations due to broke state, various media reported.

The top three winners of the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) including Algeria (the champions), Senegal and Nigeria are yet to get money over the Confederation of African Football’s (CAF) broke state.

According to Brila FM, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) is struggling to meet its financial obligations to the top three teams at the tournament months after the tournament in Cairo, Egypt.
