Burna Boy is so damn good at this music thing.
He’s found his lane, he’s found his sound, he’s so clear.
He’s been the best in Nigeria for years and he’s easily the best on the continent.
Burna Boy takes the number one spot on Twitter trends after dropping his African Giant album in the early hours of today, 26th of July 2019.
Twitter has been buzzing with a lot of reactions about the album with users selecting their favourite tracks from the album which is full of hit records
Speaking about the album on Apple Music with Julie Adenuga, Burna boy revealed that saying “African Giant” goes beyond just music, it is a symbol of strength. This strength is what most listeners are feeling with every track and the reactions have been incredible so far.
Many say the African Giant album is another way Burna is showing understanding of his type of music, letting people know he found his place and he will rule that space… and maybe other spaces too.
The album, consisting of 19 songs, features international acts such as Future, YG, Damian Marley, Angelique Kidjo, and Jorja Smith.

It’s only burna boy that would teach government and make it sound interesting
Few years ago, I berated this same Burna Boy for not focusing on his career and getting into foolish misdemeanours.
Now, look at God!!
Everything Burna touches becomes a hit.
Burna Boy’s album is the most sonically cohesive project I have heard all year. No skips even for tracks we are already familiar.
Each track is like a segue to the next.
This is beauty. #AfricanGiant
