Beauty Speaks On Depression After Exit From Big Brother Naija

Big Brother Naija season seven housemate, Beauty Takura has spoken out on depression after leaving BBN.

Recall many had said Beauty should have been forgiven while others said, her eviction might lead her into depression.

Speaking during a recent Instagram live session, Beauty however says her dark days are over and quickly hinted that she was never depressed.

“I am fine, the bad days are over. I can say now that my worse days are over. Lesson learnt. I’m just moving on. I’m not depressed,” she said in parts.

The 24-year-old was disqualified from the show on August 7 after receiving three strikes over an altercation with Ilebaye, Groovy and Chomzy.

Apologising in a lengthy statement on Instagram on August 17, the Taraba model had written;

“When I learned I was accepted into the Big Brother Naija season 7 house, I was the happiest person on Earth. It felt like the world was my oyster, and I was excited for a chance to play the game, while remaining true to my authentic self.

“The 7th of August, 2022 was and still is a day I’ll always live to remember. While I went into the house with the positive mindset of winning and making everyone proud, my goals were cut short due to some behaviors I exhibited, ultimately leading to my disqualification. No one goes in with the intention of being disqualified. It’s been more than a week out of Big Brother’s house, and this period has afforded me the much needed time and space to reflect on my actions.”
