Banky W responds to allegations of cheating on wife, Adesua Etomi

Nigerian singer and clergyman, Banky W, has responded to the cheating allegations made against him by a certain IG blogger.

The blog had insinuated that the singer is cheating on his wife, actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington with his former signee, Niyola.

But addressing his congregation at the Waterbrooks church in Lagos on Sunday, the rapper-turned-preacher said the rumours were orchestrated by satanic elements who don’t want his members to listen to his Sunday sermon.

He declared that the devil is a liar while assuring his congregation that God was in control.

He said, “The devil really didn’t want you to hear this message. In fact, he didn’t want us to enter into this series at all. There was an attack at the beginning, but here we are. But the devil is a liar. And God is in control.”

Preaching on the topic, ‘The Prison Of P3rnography’, Banky W appreciated his wife, Adesua, for supporting him during his struggle with p3rn addiction.

“If I don’t thank God for anything in my life, I thank God for this woman [pointing at Adesua],” he said.
