Actress Kehinde Bankole says n*dity, k!ssing not essential for great storytelling

Actress Kehinde Bankole, has shared her perspective on the role of n*dity and k!ssing in films, stating that these elements are not always essential for delivering a compelling story.

In a recent interview on the YouTube podcast ‘Duke Rants,’ Bankole emphasized the importance of context and intelligent storytelling when incorporating n*dity into a film.

She argued that while nudity can be depicted without being overtly sensual, it should be used with careful consideration and purpose.

“The key word is intelligent. There are instances where you see n*dity, but it’s not perceived as sensual because of the context,” Bankole explained.

“Sometimes, you don’t need n*dity, you don’t need excessive k!ssing, you don’t need all of that to tell a good story. For example, if a couple has been married for 10 years, you don’t need to start the scene by showing them in a s3xual act.”
