Nigerian singer and producer, Young Jonn, has shared the unplanned circumstances that led him to become a performing artist.
In a recent interview, the 29-year-old revealed that his transition from behind-the-scenes production to center stage was not a deliberate career choice, but rather a result of life’s unexpected twists.
Young Jonn described the experience as a learning curve, stating that it took time to adjust to the new challenges and responsibilities that come with being a performer.
Despite the unexpected journey, he expressed confidence in his growth and understanding of the industry.
He said:
“I never really planned to be an artiste, but life played out,”
“It’s a whole different ball game. It’s a whole different hustle, grind, and business. It took me time, but I think I’m getting hold of it,” he added.
