Veteran singer and former member of The Remedies, Tony Tetuila, has vehemently denied the claims made by his ex-bandmate, Eedris Abdulkareem, suggesting that he was only admitted into the now-disbanded group out of pity.
Idris claimed that he and Eldee were the original founders of The Remedies, stating that Tetuila joined later after they encountered him at a performance in Ilorin, Kwara State.
He insinuated that Tetuila‘s inclusion was driven by their desire to produce more songs, implying that Tetuila was desperate for an opportunity to sing.
Tetuila responded by posting a video clip of himself reacting to Abdulkareem’s podcast interview on his TikTok page, expressing his profound disappointment with his former colleague.
“I am highly disappointed in this guy, he is a bloody liar, how could a grown man like this be telling lies? Na GOD go punish who dey lie”, Tetuila exclaimed.
