Super Eagles striker and captain, Ahmed Musa has opened up about the reason behind his shock move to his boyhood club Kano Pillars. He was involved in an interview on d BBC Sport Africa where he made it known that Kano Pillars has been the team that made him the professional footballer he is today and it is only wise that he comes back to serve his club. He said: “Anything that improves the image of Nigerian football is something that I strive to embark on and Kano Pillars holds a special place in my heart. “It’s the team that helped me become the professional footballer I am today, so this is more than just football but a very strong bond.”
