Sylvester Stallone’s beloved mother Jackie ‘dies aged 98’

Jackie Stallone, has died at the age of 98. Sylvester Stallone’s beloved mother passed away from unknown causes, according to TMZ. Singer Frank Stallone, Sly’s younger brother, posted the sad news on Facebook. He wrote: “She was a remarkable woman, working out every day, full of spunk and fearless. “She died in her sleep as she had wished. It was hard not to like her, she was very eccentric and flamboyant person… “She lived through prohibition, the depression and World War II. I would talk to her for hours about the 20s 30s and 40s. “It was a history lesson. Her mind was as sharp as a razor till the day she died.” As well as being mother to Hollywood legend Sylvester and Frank, Jackie was also mum to late actress Toni D’Alto. Jackie was a famed celebrity astrologer who married three times. Her first husband, Frank Stallone Sr, was the father of her two sons. She married Frank in 1945 and lasted 12 years together before divorcing in 1957, after having Sylvester and Frank Jr.
