Ligue 1 giants, Olympic Lyon are interested in signing Nigeria midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi.
According to French news hub, Foot Mercato, Lyon want to strengthen their midfield ahead of next season and have identified Ndidi as a transfer target.
Lyon attempted to sign the defensive midfielder from Leicester City on loan last summer but the move was rebuffed by the Foxes.
Ndidi will become a free agent at the end of next month and his future remains uncertain at the moment.
The 27-year-old is looking to remain in England and there is a possibility he could sign a new deal at Leicester City.
The former Genk player played a crucial role in Leicester City’s promotion to the Premier League.
