My wife funds my lifestyle — Pastor Tobi Adegboyega

Tobi Adegboyega, has revealed that his partner, Mary Olubukola Alade, finances his lavish lifestyle.

Adegboyega shared that his wife, who works at AON, earns £100,000 annually.

The founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation) told judges Bruce and Rastogi that he does not receive a salary from the church. He has been involved in an ongoing legal battle with UK Immigration, which ultimately ruled in favor of his deportation back to Nigeria.

The UK Tribunal stated that Adegboyega arrived in the UK in 2005 on a visitor’s visa, but overstayed its expiration, later seeking to remain on human rights grounds.

At 44, Adegboyega explained that the reason he showcases his extravagant lifestyle is to motivate young people by showing them that there are legitimate ways to make money.

He emphasized, “I live with my partner, Mary Olubukola Alade, who earns £100,000 per year working for AON. I spend my time working for the church, for which I am unpaid. I am entirely supported by Mary.”

Adegboyega also revealed that, despite holding a first-class law degree from Nigeria, he has sacrificed his legal career to help those in need. Regarding his personal possessions, he defended his choice of designer clothes and expensive cars, stating that they were all funded by Mary and that he had never taken money from the church. He added that it is important for him to dress in a way that inspires young people to understand that success can be achieved through legitimate means, such as entrepreneurship.
