Davido reveals how he was financially supported with $300k from his billionaire father, Dr. Deji Adeleke.
In a fresh interview, Davido shared that despite his successful music career, his father still provides him with financial assistance.
He recalled a specific instance where his father sent him $300,000 after a show.
According to Davido, his father attended one of his performances at the State Farm and was impressed.
Following the show, Dr. Adeleke called to commend Davido on his performance and sent the substantial amount of money.
Davido mentioned that he uses income from his music to fund his album projects and other career-related expenses.
He jokingly referred to himself as his father’s “baby,” implying that he still receives financial support due to their close relationship.
Davido said:
