Money does not guarantee happiness – Banky W

Singer and politician, Banky W has said money does not guarantee happiness.

Citing a personal encounter with a billionaire who despite having immense wealth, was still unhappy and eventually took his own life.

Banky W explained that every person has a void within them that can only be filled by God, and attempting to fill it with material possessions, wealth, or other temporal things will never bring lasting satisfaction.

He acknowledged that a certain amount of money is necessary for a comfortable life, but it does not guarantee happiness.

He posed a thought-provoking question, that If money truly brings happiness, why do many billionaires still end up taking their own lives?
