Mohbad’s Personal assistant, Adeyemo Boluwatife has revealed Mohbad’s dad, Mr Aloba Joseph demanded a quick burial of the late singer, after Davido donated N2m to the family.
He made the statement as he provided testimony at the Coroner’s Inquest in Ikorodu.
The inquest, established by the Lagos State Government, aims to determine the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s d3ath on September 12, 2023.
Adeyemo stated that Mohbad’s father, requested an immediate burial after receiving N2 million from Davido.
Additionally, Adeyemo claimed: He transferred N1 million to Mr. Aloba giving the remaining money to Mohbad’s younger brother, Adura after paying hospital bills and ambulance rental fees.
Investigators took custody of Mohbad’s phone following his d3ath.
Mohbad’s body was initially buried on September 13, 2023, but was exhumed on September 21, 2023, for an autopsy by the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).
