Meet O.L.A , The American/Nigerian exceptional singer & songwriter

Alexander OLAOLUWA Salami known by his stage name O.L.A which means (Over Living All ) is a fast rising Nigerian/American songwriter, singer, Recording artist and stage performer who has been an independent act since 2015 in the Afrobeat scene, blending infectious rhythms, soulful melodies, and socially conscious lyrics into a unique sound that resonates with audiences around the world.

Early Life
O.L.A is from Oyo state, Nigeria but he was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up in Ibadan during his childhood days. He attended Whitesands school and moved to British International high School before going to further his studies in Canada studying Music Production at the Metal Works Institute.

Career
O.L.A began music professionally when he took a leap of faith by going to meet Davido at home and luckily he was able to tap from his wealth of experience; which has become instrumental to his love for Music and also shaped his brand direction as a Musical Artist.

12th August, 2016 he released his first official single featuring Jinmi Abduls. He had just finished high school and he was just trying to navigate his way in the industry.

He went on further to feature Mayorkun on a song titled Won Ri Mi then after he started working on his debut EP which he released a 5 track project titled Vibes Vol 1 he then followed it up with a solo single “Shade”

On the 9th of December 2022 he released a single featuring Costa Titch titled “Data”
