Late Kobe Bryant’s father passes away

Joe Bryant, a former NBA player and father of late Kobe Bryant, has passed away at the age of 69.

He had recently suffered a massive stroke.

Joe was a talented basketball player in his own right, with a successful high school and college career, and went on to play in the NBA for eight seasons.

He was known for his skills on the court and his nickname “Jellybean.”

After his playing career, he had a complicated relationship with his son Kobe, who also became a basketball legend.

Joe Bryant had not publicly commented on Kobe’s tragic d3ath in 2020.
