Kylian Mbappe, the prolific French striker, has formally signed a contract with Real Madrid, solidifying his highly anticipated move to the Spanish giants
The 25-year-old sensation will join Real Madrid on a free transfer upon the expiration of his Paris St-Germain contract on June 30.
Kylian Mbappe, who verbally agreed to the move in February and publicly announced his departure from PSG in May, has inked a deal with Real Madrid that will keep him at the Bernabeu until 2029.
The agreement includes a lucrative signing-on bonus of 150 million euros, to be disbursed over five years, and a substantial annual salary of 15 million euros.
Additionally, Mbappe will retain a significant portion of his image rights.
The French forward, who has netted an impressive 256 goals for PSG, will have the opportunity to play alongside Luka Modric, the veteran Croatian midfielder, who is poised to sign a one-year contract extension with the club.
Real Madrid, fresh from their triumphant win over Borussia Dortmund in the European Cup final, will hold a victory parade in the Spanish capital on Sunday night, celebrating their record-breaking success.
