Kevin Hart and others are being sued $60m (£48.4m) by model Montia Sabagg over a 2017 s-x tape.
In the lawsuit, Sabagg claims she was secretly filmed having consensual intercourse with the comedian in a Las Vegas hotel room.
Sabagg accuses Hart, his former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional infliction of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence.
In the suit, Sabagg claims she “had no knowledge that the intimate activity” depicted in the footage of her and Hart “was being recorded”.
According to the suit, the video was published online in September 2017.
At the time, Hart claimed he was being extorted and Jonathan Todd Jackson was arrested and charged with extortion, but he has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors said Jackson attempted to sell the tape to various celebrity news websites after Hart refused to pay him off. The case is still ongoing.
In the new court documents, Sabbag claims Hart allowed Jackson access to the room so they could tape her in secret.
The lawsuit alleges Hart, who recently suffered serious back injuries in a car crash, “conspired” with Jackson “for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself” by drawing attention to his “Irresponsible” comedy tour.
