I was called by God, Tonto Dikeh reveals

Tonto Dikeh has opened up on her spiritual journey, revealing that she was called by God at the age of 19

While speaking during a livestream, Tonto explained that she felt a strong urge to serve God at a young age but she ran away. The actress revealed that she was actively involved in service to God since she was in secondary school and afterwards.

“I’ve always had this calling right from when I was a child. At 19 I was going to be a pastor, until I ran away. I’ve been in church since I left secondary school. So I had always known God intimately and intensely. And I’ve always known I had this calling,” she stated.

Tonto also explained that her life is not ordinary, adding that God orchestrated the way her life turned out.

”If you watch what has happened in my life, it is not ordinary. God called me and needed me to go through all I had to become the firebrand that I am today,” she added.
