I want to have a girl – Rihanna

Rihanna has opened up about the joys and challenges of motherhood, sharing what it’s like raising her two energetic sons, RZA and Riot, with her partner ASAP Rocky.

In an interview with ‘Entertainment Weekly‘, she described life at home as constantly exciting.

“I want to have a girl, but I won’t know what to do because I only know about boys so far,” Rihanna said. “However, it would certainly be an adventure.”

She described her home as lively and full of “boy energy.” “It’s never a dull moment! I love when they climb onto chandeliers and get so wild that I’m forced to join in on the fun. Them running around and me lifting them up is all a blast—it’s great exercise for all of us!”

Rihanna and ASAP Rocky welcomed their first son, RZA Athelson, on May 13, 2022.

She revealed her second pregnancy in a memorable way during her Super Bowl halftime show earlier this year, playfully touching her belly in a red jumpsuit, sparking excitement among fans.

Their second son, Riot Rose, was born in August 2023 at Los Angeles’ Cedar Sinai Hospital, continuing the couple’s tradition of names starting with “R.”
