I lost 17 brand deals because of my online controversies -Phyna

Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ winner, Phyna has shared her experience of losing 17 ambassadorial deals due to social media controversies after leaving the house in 2022

Phyna, made this known in an interview with colleague, Doyin on Doyin’s Corner, where she revealed how a brand rejected working with her because they felt she was an abuser.

She said this came after the blogs accused her of slapping her ex-boyfriend, Groovy because he went behind her back to make a deal that was meant to be for both of them.

She said: “Two weeks ago, my manager and I did a calculation of how many deals I lost last year till now. We counted 17 deals. Am aware of a big brand that told me their reason for not working with me is because I am an abuser. They said they can’t work with an abuser, and this was coming that period that bloggers said I slapped someone.”
