Footballer, Bukayo Saka speaks on his contract extension at Arsenal

Arsenal midfielder, Bukayo Saka has given an update on his contract extension at the end of this current season ( 2024/25).

The England international current contract will expire at the end of the 2026 summer transfer window which is also the end of the 2025/26 season. Bukayo Saka spoke about his future while speaking during the pre-match press conference ahead of the Champions League quater-final clash against Real Madrid.

Saka recently returned to the Arsenal team after he was ruled out with an injury in February 2025. He made a return with a goal against Fulham and also featured in the draw against Everton.

What did Bukayo Saka say about his future at Arsenal?

Saka reaffirmed his love for the club when he was asked about his future at Arsenal. According to him, he loves the club and really wants to win a trophy with the Gunners.

“I want to win wearing this badge. It’s pretty clear the fans know how much I love them. You saw them when I returned, I think they love me back so it’s a good relationship. I’m really happy to be here. I’m just focused on winning at Arsenal”

Arsenal supporters will hope that the club can finalise a deal with Saka before the expiration of his current contract.
