Nigerian singer-songwriter Denle makes a striking entrance with her debut single “Koriboto,” a powerful
Afro-inspired anthem about reclaiming your power and choosing peace over toxicity.
Born and raised in Kwara State, Nigeria, Denle has spent years honing her craft as a vocalist and
songwriter. From singing in church choirs at a young age to writing songs that reflect her personal
journey, music has always been the space where she transforms life’s hardest moments into something
meaningful.

“Koriboto” marks the beginning of a new chapter for the artist. The song captures the emotional clarity
that comes after leaving behind situations, relationships, or environments that no longer serve you.
With soulful vocals layered over rhythmic Afrobeat production, Denle delivers a message that is both
deeply personal and universally relatable.
The word “Koriboto” carries a playful but powerful energy, embodying the moment when someone
finally decides they are done tolerating negativity. Through the song’s confident tone and honest lyrics,
Denle encourages listeners to set boundaries and choose themselves.
“This song came from a place of growth,” Denle says. “Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is walk
away from what’s hurting you. ‘Koriboto’ is about that moment when you realize you deserve better.”
Beyond the music, Denle is building a movement around the song, inviting listeners to share their own
stories of overcoming toxic situations using the #KoribotoChallenge across social media.
