Cardi B fired back at the Department of Homeland Security after the agency criticized her remarks about ICE by referencing her past admission that she allegedly drugged and robbed men while working as a stripper
The exchange began during her Little Miss Drama concert, when Cardi B addressed the possibility of ICE agents being present at her show and warned how she would respond. She told fans, “Bitch, if ICE comes in here, we gon’ jump they asses. I’ve got some bear mace in the back! They ain’t taking my fans, bitch.”
In response, DHS took a jab at her history, posting on X (formerly Twitter), “As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior.”
The post referenced an old video in which Cardi B admitted to drugging and robbing men during her time as a stripper—a statement that previously sparked controversy, though she later explained, “Whether or not they were poor choices at the time, I did what I had to do to survive. I never claimed to be perfect or come from a perfect world.”
Cardi B fired back sharply, redirecting the conversation to the Jeffrey Epstein case, writing, “If we talking about drugs let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to rape them. Why y’all don’t wanna talk about the Epstein files?”
The heated back-and-forth has drawn widespread attention online, highlighting the singer’s willingness to confront both her critics and systemic issues in a confrontational, unapologetic style.
