BBNaija star Mike Edwards and his wife, Perri Shakes-Drayton, are expecting their second child — a joyful announcement that comes after a difficult journey.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Perri revealed they had been “keeping a secret” and are now ready to share that their family is growing. She opened up about the emotional road they’ve been on since welcoming their first son, Matthew, five years ago.

“We tried again between that time,” she wrote, “and I unfortunately experienced an ectopic pregnancy.”

Despite the heartbreak, the couple remained hopeful. Now, with excitement and gratitude, they’re preparing to welcome another baby. “We feel very blessed to be able to experience this journey again and grow our little family.”
