Tyla has responded to recent comparisons between her Coachella outfit and Britney Spears’ iconic 2001 MTV VMAs look.

The outfit quickly drew comparisons to Spears’ denim look from over two decades ago. However, Tyla took to X to dismiss the claims.
“Love her but I just thought the outfit was fly… no inspo,” she replied to a now-deleted tweet.
When another user called her “a copycat” and accused her of being “too full of herself,” the Grammy-winning singer fired back bluntly: “Personally I think you should stfu.”
