The Rise & Rise of Nons Miraj ; The young lady millionaire shares her story

Content creator, Nons Miraj has opened up about her path to financial success, revealing how she earned her first million without relying on male sponsors.

During a podcast, the actress and comedienne shared her humble beginnings and the struggles she faced in the entertainment industry.

Miraj started her career in Nollywood, but the pay was meager. She earned a paltry 90K for three months of work, prompting her to explore other income streams.

She began buying and reselling perfumes and jewelry, often making a significant profit.

Miraj’s big break came when she fully committed to content creation.

Her growing social media presence led to increased acting opportunities, and she started earning more substantial fees.

The transformation of her brand into “Ada Jesus” marked a turning point, bringing endorsement deals and helping her earn her first $20,000.

Miraj’s story is a testament to her resilience and self-reliance.

She proudly declared that she didn’t wait for a man to provide for her and that her pride grew as she started earning more money.

Nons Miraj said:

“It was rubbish money; unlike a salary job where you make 70K monthly, they pay you 90K after shooting for three months. It was not worth it.

“I would go to Balogun market, buy perfumes and jewelry for N3K and sell them at N50K. I divided the profit into two: one for my piggy bank and the other to fund my life.”

“Men were coming but not the type you think will sponsor your life. I was in a relationship but not in the sugar daddy vibe.

“I was saving with my mum, I had my own savings, my salon was there, and acting started paying N300K after social media presence.

“I didn’t wait for a man to give me; my pride grew when I started making more money. There’s nothing I couldn’t give myself.”
