Liverpool crowned EPL champions

Liverpool have officially won the 2024–25 Premier League title, securing their 20th English top-flight championship and equalling Manchester United’s historic record.

The Reds sealed the title with an emphatic 5–1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on April 27, 2025.

This triumph marks Liverpool’s second Premier League title since the competition’s inception in 1992, and their first since the 2019–20 season. Unlike their previous title win, which occurred behind closed doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this time they celebrated in front of a packed and jubilant Anfield crowd.

Under new manager Arne Slot, who succeeded Jürgen Klopp, Liverpool dominated the season, losing just twice in 34 matches.

Mohamed Salah was instrumental, finishing as both the league’s top scorer with 28 goals and the assist leader with 18. He directly contributed to 58% of Liverpool’s goals in the campaign.

With four games still to play, Liverpool have the chance to extend their dominance even further. The future looks bright at Anfield as Slot’s reign begins in historic fashion.
