American rapper, Kendrick Lamar and his fiancée, Whitney Alford, 33, welcomed a baby girl on Friday (July 26).
The32-year-old rapper likes to keep his personal life private, which he has done for a very long time. His high school sweetheart, Alford was pregnant and was never heard of until Friday when the news was reported by ETACANADA.
Back in 2015, after he proposed to Alford, Lamar chatted with “The Breakfast Club” radio show about his relationship, “I’m loyal to the soil.”
He later added, “At the end of the day, you want to always, always have real people around you, period. Whether it’s male or female, and everybody that’s been around me, they’ve been around since day one… I always show respect when respect has been given, and people that have been by your side, you’re supposed to honor that.”
Lamar and Alford met at Centennial High School in Compton, California.
