Juventus is about to appoint Thiago Motta as its new head coach.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Motta is set to join Juventus, with all contract details agreed upon and an official announcement imminent.

The deal will keep him at the club until July 2027, with a reported annual salary of 5 million euros.

Motta informed Bologna of his decision to leave this morning, and the club has thanked him for his service and wished him well in his future endeavors.

His departure comes after a remarkable achievement, leading Bologna to Champions League qualification for the first time in 60 years.

Meanwhile, Juventus has parted ways with Massimiliano Allegri, and U-19 coach Paolo Montero will take the reins until the end of the season.
