Sven-Göran Eriksson, the first non-British manager of the England national team, has passed away. He was 76.
Eriksson had announced in January 2024 that he had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and had approximately a year left to live.
His de.ath was confirmed by his agent, Bo Gustavsson, who stated that Eriksson passed away at home surrounded by family.

He achieved numerous honors, including league titles and cup wins, and led the England national team to three major tournaments.
