Buying a Range Rover was a financial mistake – Zicsaloma

Content creator Zicsaloma has revealed that buying a Range Rover Sport was a major financial misstep

He said he spent over N30 million on the vehicle, but mechanical problems quickly set in, forcing him to shell out around ₦10 million in repairs within a short span of three to four months.

The ordeal became too much, prompting Zicsaloma to sell the car for ₦11 million – a significant loss.

Reflecting on the experience, he noted that the transaction left him with considerable stress and a diminished bank balance, describing it as essentially throwing ₦30 million away and getting ₦1 million back amidst the chaos.

He said, “I think it’s buying a Range Rover Sport. That was one of my worst financial mistakes.

“When I bought that car, I bought it for over 30 million. I sold it 11 million in 3 or 4 months time. And I spent about 10 million naira fixing the car in those three months.

“So it’s just like I threw 30 million and got back 1 million, with a lot of stress.
