Super Eagles and Atalanta forward, Ademola Lookman has made it to the final shortlist for the men’s category of the 2024 CAF Best Player Awards.
The other players in the shortlist are Achraf Hakimi (PSG/ Morocco), Simon Adingra (Brighton/Cote d’Ivoire)
Serhou Guirassy (Dortmund/Guinea) Ronwen Williams (Mamelodi Sundowns/South Africa).
Making it to the final nominee list for the Best Goalkeeper of 2024 is Super Eagles and Chippa United goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali.
In the category, Nwabali is contending with Williams, Manchester United and Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana, Ivory Coast’s Yahia Fofana and Egypt goalkeeper Mostafa Shobeir.
In the coach’s category are Ivory Coast’s coach Emerse Fae, Pedro Goncalves (Angola), Sebastien Desabre (DR Congo), Marcel Koller (Al Ahly) and Hugo Broos (South Africa).
The CAF Awards will hold in Marrakech, Morocco on 16th December .
