The video features Reekado Banks inspecting the property alongside a companion, assessing the progress and planning the next steps.
As they tour the site, workers and onlookers can be seen hailing him in admiration.
Although Reekado Banks didn’t reveal the purpose of the project, he simply described it as his “side hustle.” He captioned the video: “Went to check on the site. Side hustle activated! What’s your side hustle? Let me know in the comments…”
